Earlier this year my previous car insurance raised my rates by $150 per month completely out of the blue. When I called them about it they said that insurance was going up for everyone in Phoenix and that'sjust how it is. After shopping around I found the best rate for what I wanted and needed with State Farm. Every time I call they are friendly and take the time to ensure that they are meeting my needs regardless of who I speak with. I know shopping for new insurance is a hassle, but if you are in the market, I'd recommend giving them a call.
